About Your Role

Our goal at Åhléns is to be an experience-driven destination that makes a difference for the customer. As a Warehouse & Operations Manager at Åhléns, you are responsible for operationally working with various tasks within the store's warehouse, logistics, and product flow. You proactively work to ensure a good working environment within your area of responsibility and related processes in the store.

Examples of tasks:

• Proactively optimize and ensure a sales-driven product flow in the store from the warehouse to all business areas of the store.

• Communicate knowledge about the routines and processes of your area of responsibility and actively work to ensure they are followed in daily operations.

• Lead and drive ongoing inventories and year-end inventory together with the store manager.

• Be the contact person for the store with internal and external partners regarding logistics.

You will be part of a passionate team and work closely with other roles in the store, which may include Visual Merchandiser, Stock Picker, Department Manager, or Sales Leader, as well as the Store Manager.

What You Bring:

• A few years of work experience in warehousing and logistics, preferably within retail
• You enjoy creating routines and structures
• Experience in inventory management
• It is an advantage if you have a forklift license with A-category

About the Recruitment

The position is a permanent employment of 25 hours per week. You will work according to a schedule that spans weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Working hours may vary between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. We hope you can start with us as soon as possible.
