About the position

We are looking for dedicated and efficient employees for upcoming assignments in Jönköping! Do you want a part-time job alongside your studies or are you already working part-time? Perfect! Then you are qualified to apply for the position.

To be eligible for the position, you need to study or have another main occupation of at least 75%. 

We would like you to be able to work approximately 1-3 days a week. Working hours are 07-16.

Job responsibilities:

As a warehouse worker, you will perform common warehouse tasks. This includes:

• Forklift driving – you will handle different types of forklifts, such as reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, and picking trucks, depending on needs and assignments.

• Unloading and loading – receiving incoming goods and loading outgoing deliveries, often in collaboration with drivers.

• Picking and packing – order picking using picking systems and packing goods according to customer specifications.

• Sorting and checking – you are responsible for sorting, labeling, and checking goods to ensure the right product ends up in the right place.

• Storage and retrieval – registering goods in the warehouse management system (WMS) and ensuring proper placement in the warehouse.

• Inventory – participating in regular warehouse inventories and stock counts.

• Quality assurance – ensuring that goods are handled correctly and safely to maintain quality and minimize damage.

• Order and safety – keeping the workplace clean, organized, and following applicable safety regulations.

Who are you?

• Have previous experience in warehousing or manual unloading/loading.
• Have a forklift license A1-4 B1-4 
• Are flexible with working hours both day and evening.
• Are self-motivated and able to work at a fast pace.
• Are detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Have a positive attitude and are ready to contribute to a positive work environment.

Mobile consultant:

You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work out at our customers. Being a mobile consultant means that you are employed by us at DFDS Professionals to perform work at customer companies, and your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and hiring may occur before the application deadline.
