As a Team Manager in Malmö, you will enter a change-oriented environment where you will have a lot of responsibility. Your focus will primarily be on ensuring daily operations and building strong teams that work together to achieve set KPIs for efficiency and employee satisfaction. In this role, you will work closely with other Team Managers and the Site Manager.

You will have full personnel responsibility for 10-15 people and report to the Site Manager; you will also be part of the terminal's management team. Working hours are during the day, but evening and weekend work may occur.

Main responsibilities:

• Be part of driving regional growth and operational excellence.
• Personnel responsibility where you lead and coach your group towards set common business goals and KPIs.
• Coach employees to reach their goals and development plans, follow up on employees' skills development.
• Scheduling and staffing planning.
• Ensure daily operations so that goods come in and out of the terminal according to schedule.
• Continuously follow up, evaluate, and improve processes and quality in the operations.
• Support to other functions as required by the business.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a leadership role with personnel responsibility. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently and have a B driver's license.
