About DFDS Logistics Contracts

As a warehouse worker at DFDS, you will work with various tasks within warehouse logistics. A large part of the job involves driving reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts, but picking trucks and order pickers are also used daily. In addition to forklift driving, picking and packing tasks are also included. The role involves more than just moving goods from A to B – you may face complex assignments that require both precision, focus, and dexterity. Here, you meet customers from all over the world, where one thing is always central: delivering great service.

About the position

Since you will be part of the startup of an entirely new department, the tasks will initially require high flexibility and a sense of teamwork. You will have the opportunity to contribute to building a functioning operation and thus also gain a unique overall understanding of the entire flow – an experience that few get the chance to be part of.

Your main tasks:

• Driving reach trucks/order pickers/counterbalance forklifts/clamp trucks

• Picking and transport tasks/buffer storage

• Container unloading

• Loading and unloading goods

• Efficiently stacking and storing products

• Working with other tasks related to warehouse work

About you

To thrive in the role, we believe you are meticulous, responsible, and structured. You have no problem working at a fast pace and are unpretentious in your approach. As a person, you are positive and have a strong desire to take on what is needed to ensure an efficient workflow. Experience working in smaller teams where flexibility is important.

Being a mobile consultant means that you are employed by us at DFDS Professionals to perform work at client companies, and your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and hiring may occur before the application deadline.
