BIAB Locks & Alarms is a secure and well-established security company that works with the installation and service of modern security solutions for both businesses and public organizations. We offer everything from access control systems, alarms, and video surveillance to fire alarms and intercoms – and we are with you from planning to finished solution.

We are currently growing and looking for someone who wants to take a step into the security industry as an installer. With us, you will work practically, learn from experienced colleagues, and develop together with an engaged team.

In the role of installer, you will learn the trade by assisting our experienced technicians with the installation and service of security systems. You will be an important part of the team and develop as you gain more experience and responsibility.

Your tasks will include:

• Learning installation and service of security systems such as alarms, access control systems, CCTV, and fire alarms
• Troubleshooting and performing basic maintenance to create security for our customers
• Working with innovative systems from leading suppliers such as Vanderbilt, RCO, ASSA ARX, and UTC
• Preparing materials and tools for smooth and efficient work processes
• Documenting your work in systems and apps – you contribute to safe and accurate service

We are looking for someone who:

You have at least one year of experience and a genuine technical interest. Perhaps you have completed an electrical or technical program in high school, worked practically in construction or electrical work, or have done a lot of DIY projects. It is important that you want to learn and have the right attitude!

Since you will be working at our customers' sites, we would like you to be:

Requirements:

• Driver's license B – you will need to travel between different customer assignments
• Electrical or telecommunications education
• Good Swedish in speech and writing – as you will communicate with both customers and colleagues
• Good technical skills – either through education or practical experience

Meritorious:

Previous experience in installation, electrical work, or locks

Security-related training (e.g., fire, alarms, CCTV)

Other:

Start: Upon agreement.

Working hours: 7 AM - 4 PM.

Location: We have an office in Tullinge and carry out jobs throughout the Stockholm area.

Employment type: Full-time permanent, we apply a 6-month probationary period.
