Aimpoint's headquarters is located in Malmö, where one of the production units is also located. The other is in Gällivare, and all manufacturing takes place in Sweden. About the position

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a fine assembler at Aimpoint in Malmö. You will be an important part of the production and work with precise assembly of high-quality products. The work requires precision, patience, and attention to detail, and is suitable for you who enjoy following clear instructions while contributing to continuous improvement. We are looking for someone with a long-term commitment to the position.

The position is full-time during 2 shifts (day 06:00-14:20 and evening 14:20-22:40), and the assignment is long-term starting after the summer. You will work with products that require precision and a variety of assembly operations, making your work varied and challenging. You will be trained on-site and receive continuous feedback and support in your work, but it is important that you have a technical interest from before.

Examples of tasks:

• Meticulous assembly of small, technical components
• Follow work instructions and routines
• Inspection and quality control
• Contribute to an organized, safe, and efficient work environment
• Collaborate and support the team in learning and development

Requirements for the position:

• At least 18 years old
• Previous experience in production, assembly, or similar practical work
• Technically inclined and used to working with your hands
• Good Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Available for shift work (day and evening)
• Smoke and chew-free during working hours

Meritorious:

• Previous experience in fine assembly or working with small components
• Worked in the industry as a machine operator or process operator
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Background in beauty professions, e.g., eyelash extensions or nail technology

Extent: Full-time, 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Working hours: 2 shifts: Mon-Thu 06:00-14:20 & Fri 06:00-12:00, Mon-Thu 14:20-22:40 & Fri 12:00-18:00 Night: Sunday-Thursday 22:40-05:30 You as a candidate should be open to both 2 shifts and night shifts.

Location: Malmö
