As an assembler, you work at the heart of Aimpoint's operations, and the job offers tasks that require precision and a variety of assembly operations, making your work diverse and challenging. As a person, you must be meticulous, flexible, responsible, and possess technical understanding. On-site, you will receive continuous training and guidance from managers and colleagues so that you feel secure in your role.

The position is full-time under 2 shifts (AM: Monday-Thursday 06:00-14:20, Friday 06:00-12:00 and PM: Monday-Thursday 14:20-22:40, Friday 12:00-18:00) or Night work: Sunday - Thursday 22:40-05:30.

Requirements for the position:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have work experience in process work within the industry and are accustomed to routine work and documentation
• You have an eye for detail and a technical interest
• You are available for shift work (Morning and Afternoon, see times above)
• You have a good understanding of both Swedish and English in speech and writing
• You hold a driver's license and have access to your own car to easily get to your workplace
• You must be able to refrain from smoking and using snuff during working hours as the work is conducted in a cleanroom

Meritorious for the position:

• You have previous assembly experience
