About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you are a key person in 3Butiken, an engaged leader and an important cultural bearer. You motivate and support the sales team in their daily work, focusing fully on both your own and the team's sales. You are a role model in your interactions with our customers and play a central role in creating top-class customer experiences. Through coaching, follow-up, and a strong drive for results, you contribute to the store reaching its goals every day, together with the team.
A Typical Day at 3Butiken Täby C
Hello! My name is Akam Amin and I am your immediate manager. I want to give you a sense of what a typical day with us might look like.
The day begins with the team preparing the store together, ensuring everything is in place and feels welcoming for our customers. You set the day's sales targets, plan with colleagues, and stay updated on campaigns and news. Perhaps you later have a check-in meeting with me to discuss results and focus moving forward, or a coaching conversation with a colleague. Then it's time to welcome the day's first customer and provide them with an extraordinary experience!
About 80% of your time, you will be operational in 3Butiken, close to customers and the team, where you coach and drive sales forward. The remaining time you will spend on administrative tasks such as follow-up, structure, and inventory.

We believe you have a background in service or sales and are now ready to take the next step in your development. Perhaps you are already acting as a natural leader, someone who engages, inspires, and shows the way for others.
As a person, you are results-oriented and can easily prioritize in a daily life where sales, service, and administration need to be balanced. With your relationship-building ability, you quickly build trust with both customers and colleagues. At the same time, you are unpretentious and collaborative; you prefer to win together with your team rather than on your own.
We would like you to be curious about technology and interested in keeping up to date with new solutions. If you also have experience in inventory management or coaching others, we see that as a plus.
