We are now looking for two bodywork technicians for Hedin Automotive - BMW & Mini authorized workshop in Tyresö, southern Stockholm.

Main responsibilities as a bodywork technician

In this role, you will be responsible for repairing, straightening, and replacing damaged body parts on passenger cars according to manufacturer specifications. You will work with disassembly, straightening, welding, and reassembly of sheet metal and other parts, both plastic and metal. The tasks will be carried out both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. Administration and documentation of completed repairs are included in the job responsibilities.

Experience and qualifications 

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a bodywork technician or equivalent in an automotive workshop. You have a good understanding of damage management and significant experience in larger damage repairs and straightening work such as replacing rear fenders and sills, etc. An education in automotive technology is of course an advantage. A valid driver's license (B) and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, are required for the position. If you have welding certification or other relevant skills, that is a plus.

Working hours and employment form

The position is full-time and permanent, starting by agreement. Work takes place during daytime on weekdays with the possibility of extension and development within the company.
