About the Job

As an improvement leader at Sateba, you will have overall responsibility for the analysis and follow-up of the company's production in Sweden. In this role, you will collaborate with our international network for management and control of production. You will work on improving and optimizing production flows as well as developing processes and routines. As an improvement leader, you will closely cooperate with the production managers. A key part of our work is safety and health, and in the role of improvement leader, you will also collaborate with the person responsible for health, safety, work environment, and quality.

Your role includes leading various projects and proposing improvements to production processes, production layouts, and suggesting new machinery as well as developing processes and working methods. Time estimation, lead times, and follow-up in production, as well as developing SOPs, are also your responsibility.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in production technology and machine safety within the manufacturing industry. We believe you have a technical high school education and good knowledge of production and process technology. You have experience in improvement work and production development according to LEAN. If you have training in LEAN, that is a plus.

As a person, you are curious, self-driven, and solution-focused. You find it easy to collaborate and communicate with different people. You are self-sufficient and take responsibility while being humble about others' knowledge. Your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities will be beneficial here.

At the factories in Kungsör and Långviksmon outside Örnsköldsvik, concrete sleepers for Swedish railways are produced. About the Employment

Sateba Sweden AB has chosen to collaborate with Adecco for this recruitment. The position is full-time and will start as soon as we find the right person. The location is Kungsör. Travel to the factories in Sweden and within Europe will occur in this position.
