About the Position 

We are currently looking for more production workers for our client in Malmö. In the role of production worker, you will work both with packaging and inside the production of cosmetics. The company is one of the leading cosmetic companies in the industry. We offer you the opportunity to become part of a well-known company and a member of the Boxflow consultant team!

The work is scheduled on weekdays during daytime (07:30-16:00) but evening shifts are also available (16:00-22:00). The client applies day-to-day booking! As a consultant with our client, you will be part of a wonderful team, and together you will work to ensure daily production.

Job Responsibilities

Your tasks will vary but will include both working in production with machine operation, quality control, and assembly of cosmetics. In addition, you may also work with hand packaging of the finished cosmetics. The tasks involve manual labor as well as handling automated machines. The work is performed in clean rooms, which requires adherence to rules regarding work clothes, hygiene, and working methods.

Profile & Background

To succeed in this role, we believe you have some form of previous experience in industrial work. We think you are flexible and have a good ability to work in a team as well as independently.

As a production worker, you will learn several different stations and tasks, but to thrive in the role, you need to be comfortable with monotonous tasks. To be considered for the position, you need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
