About the position
We are now looking for another Construction/BIM Engineer for our Technical Department, which currently consists of a team of eight people. As a BIM Engineer with us, you will work as a consultant at our clients' job sites across Sweden and serve as the site manager's extended arm regarding the progress of reinforcement work. BIM tools such as Tekla Structures will be one of your main tools. Together with job sites, our salespeople, and production, you will be the spider in the web and will develop solution proposals and production documentation. We offer both a socially and technically stimulating job that we hope you will find interesting.
We are a forward-looking team with good cohesion where we value commitment and personal development. Most of your working time will be spent at your office, but you will be strongly encouraged to visit the projects and the people at the job site you are working with.
You will have a central role in the projects you are responsible for, with many important contacts with job sites, designers, and Celsa's production. You will cultivate many valuable personal relationships within the construction industry on small, large, simple, and complex projects.
The position is based in Halmstad.
Who are you?
We envision a social and engaged person who is detail-oriented and meticulous and who enjoys bouncing ideas off others to find solutions to the challenges faced.
We believe you are a construction engineer with a couple of years of experience in the industry. Alternatively, you may have another relevant background in the construction industry and/or reinforcement, or a reinforcement-related background that can be considered advantageous. Describe your personal strengths, skills, and what drives and develops you as a person.
For the role, excellent knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is required, as well as good knowledge of English. A Class B driver's license is a requirement. It is an advantage if you have very good technical computer skills and experience with Tekla and other drawing programs.
When?
The position is 100% with immediate start. As selection and interviews are ongoing, the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Please send your application including a cover letter and CV.
Application deadline: 2025-02-07
