Information about the position

In the role of project manager, your work is characterized by structure and delivery! You will be a central part of the team working on developing and maintaining Sweden's energy infrastructure. You will work on-site at the office in Kungsbacka, with dedicated and competent colleagues who are eager to welcome you! You will be employed through Sodajo Consulting and work as a consultant at our client. The goal is that if the collaboration goes well and both parties are satisfied, you may over time be offered direct employment with them.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for driving technical projects, including their planning, control, and implementation, as well as direct leadership and coordination for the technicians working in the field
• Maintain constant communication with external stakeholders, including companies, authorities, and other significant parties, to coordinate and report on the project's status and compliance
• Ensure that all project goals, including timelines and budgets, are met through careful monitoring and control of project documentation
• Monitor compliance with quality and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that legal requirements and governing documents are followed diligently

Competence requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in project management, preferably with a background in electrical power, fiber, or equivalent.
• Experience in infrastructure or construction projects may also be relevant for the position.
• Is a strong communicator who can manage various stakeholders and drive projects forward
• Has the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and assignments
• Holds a valid driver's license and is fluent in Swedish and English
