What Does the Role Offer?

In the role at Svetskonsult in Varberg AB, you will work both with practical welding and assembly work and with planning and leading the work in our team. The position involves playing a central role in driving projects forward and ensuring high quality at every stage of production.

Tasks include:

• Planning and coordinating the entire production process and booking external specialists, such as electricians, to ensure that the work is delivered to the customer on time and with the right quality.
• Monitoring and ensuring the quality of each part of the work to ensure that our solutions always meet the highest standards and fulfill the specific requirements of customers.
• Participating in new customer inquiries, sometimes requiring visits to the customer to analyze the scope of work, estimate time requirements, and identify material or procurement needs.

We work closely with both our customers and colleagues, and the role is dynamic and varied with ample opportunity to influence the workflow. Our goal is always to deliver customized and high-quality solutions, and you will be an important part of realizing this.

We believe that you have experience in industrial welding of pipes and perhaps a background in HVAC?
