The Role

As a Project Manager & Creative Producer, you will be responsible for planning, driving, and following up on our entire content production – from idea to published material. At the same time, you will produce high-quality content in the form of film, photography, and storytelling. You are the one who transforms ideas into reality with precision, pace, and emotion.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the marketing team, meet deadlines, and drive projects to completion.
• Create content yourself (film, photography, editing, storytelling).
• Collaborate closely with the Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, and Ads & Growth Specialist.
• Build processes and create clear, consistent workflows.
• Ensure quality, tone, and impact in all content.
• Drive campaigns that strengthen the VIASALES and Blackfish Group brands.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in project management within marketing, media, or content production.
• Is skilled in film/photography and can edit at a high level.
• Is creative, self-driven, and used to managing projects from idea to finished result.
• Has a sense of storytelling and understands brand building.
• Is structured, organized, and enjoys working data-driven.
• Can inspire and lead others in a team.
