And now we are looking for, together with Oddwork, a business-developing Key Account Manager with a sense for relationships, analysis, and opportunities. Welcome to Be:son!

As a Key Account Manager …you will be a key player in our growth team. This is not a classic Key Account Manager role. Here, the focus is on developing our existing businesses, identifying new potentials with existing customers – and building businesses with a long horizon. You will work closely with some of Sweden's largest players in DVH and mass market.

Your everyday life includes equal parts strategy and action: business analysis, pricing, category management, and customer dialogue. You will work from the office in Varberg but will be present where needed – at the customer. We believe you thrive best in dialogue, where numbers meet insight and above all, when ideas come to life. It is in relation to the customer that many of your ideas are created - you bring them to fruition. If you wish to brainstorm, you have a whole team around you with the same passion and supportive assistance. We are looking for someone who... …has an eye for business and a heart for relationships. You are not here for quick deals, but to build long-term partnerships. You are a confident and curious person who is both analytical and commercial. You like to take responsibility, enjoy driving things from start to finish – and prefer to do it together with others.

We wish that you have:

  • Experience in FMCG – preferably within DVH or mass market
  • Experience working with larger customer accounts and longer sales processes
  • Understanding of calculations, margins, and pricing
  • Good knowledge of Excel and preferably Power BI
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Driving license B
