Your new role

We are now looking for an experienced and dedicated Strategic Sourcing Manager for our client. The assignment is a consultancy role covering a parental leave, focusing on the category of Professional Services.

As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and streamlining the procurement process within Professional Services.

You will:

• Develop and implement strategies for procurement and supplier management
• Drive continuous improvement and develop business
• Conduct negotiations and sign cost-effective framework agreements and contracts
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure needs and goals The category of Professional Services includes, among other things:
• Negotiations with consulting providers, especially in technical services
• Management of communication services
• HR-related service areas (including recruitment, staffing, and training)

You will report to the Acting Director of Strategic Sourcing Maintenance & IMS and become part of a dedicated team that works closely with the business.

The position is a temporary role based in one of the following locations: Gruvön, Gävle, Frövi, Karlsborg, or Skärblacka. Placement at their headquarters in Solna is also possible.

To be successful in this role, you need:

• A university or college degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in qualified procurement work, preferably within the category of Professional Services.
• Good negotiation skills and knowledge of contract law.
• Strong proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
