Now you have the opportunity to become part of Estrella's wonderful team. They are currently looking for a maintenance technician with a focus on PLC/Automation. 

What you will do:

• Focus on stable operational reliability and good availability within processes and equipment

• Use systematic analysis work (IDA) and root cause analyses (BDE) to develop targeted actions in agreed production areas

• Close collaboration with line teams and primarily ML

• Replace ML during short absences if necessary

• Represent maintenance at DMS and MP&S meetings

• Train technicians and operators in PM pillar's DMS (EQR, BDE, MP&S, lubrication, 6S) if necessary

• Participate in the development of various proposals for strategies as well as methods and techniques for implementation and follow-up of operations and its results. Make priorities within the position to ensure safety and production

• Actively participate in the PM pillar

Be involved in the department's budget goals, meaning having an economic mindset and continuous contact with the budget responsible in the department

• Implement improving routines and methods

• Have the mandate to call in spare parts and external help if necessary

• Register work in the Maintenance System (Checkproof and M3)

• Responsible for personal development regarding the position

• Ensure personal goals are met

• Follow applicable instructions, routines, and regulations for Estrella

• Conduct risk assessments (e.g., QRP) and report accidents, incidents, and risk observations in LIA Your profile: Automation education with PLC at the high school level or equivalent knowledge with a focus on PLC/automation.

• Knowledge of Six Sigma or similar

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Experience with maintenance systems

• Computer literacy

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

• English proficiency, both spoken and written

• Lean

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with pneumatics

• Experience in the food industry

• Welding, turning, milling
