JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a property caretaker, you will enjoy a varied everyday life where you meet many people in a job with freedom within the framework of the assignment. In this role, you will be part of a closely collaborating team with high job satisfaction. You will also work closely with other industry colleagues such as repair technicians.

The property caretakers work with technical installations within the municipality's property portfolio, such as ventilation, fire protection, backup power, sprinklers, heating, and other control systems, as well as more traditional property maintenance and operational service.

Our properties and operations consist of everything from schools, preschools, and group homes to recreational facilities, providing a wonderfully varied work environment.

On-call work may occur in the position.

QUALIFICATIONS

As an applicant, you have previous experience as a property caretaker, janitor, school janitor, or experience that the employer deems equivalent for the assignment. We prefer that you have a craft background or other practical work experience that is relevant for the assignment.

As a person, you contribute to good collaboration with both colleagues and customers. You have a solution-oriented approach and a good sense of service that you practice in your profession towards customers.

Good computer skills and the use of electronic aids are advantageous as both a computer and smartphone are important work tools in daily work.

A manual transmission driver's license (B) is required.
