Job Description

Do you want to work practically with technology, travel internationally, and help commission machines for customers across Europe? ACG Pulse is now looking for a service technician at the start of their career who wants to take responsibility, develop, and become an important part of the team.

As a service technician at ACG Pulse, you will work with the installation, start-up, and service of machines and systems for customers, mainly in the Nordic and Northern Europe. The role involves regular international travel, and when you are not on assignment, you will work in production in Borås with assembly, testing, and preparations for delivery (FAT). You will collaborate closely with colleagues in production and report to the Production Manager. The position combines practical work, technical responsibility, and customer contact in a dynamic and developing environment.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of machines and systems at customer sites
• Service and troubleshooting of delivered customer machines
• Mechanical and electrical assembly in production
• Function and quality checks before delivery (FAT)
• Deviation management, documentation, and reporting according to production and project guidelines

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest, curiosity, solution-oriented mindset, and who thrives in a role with significant responsibility.

• Technical high school education or equivalent practical experience
• Basic knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, electronics, and pneumatics
• Interest in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical systems
• Willing and able to travel internationally, mainly within Europe
• Good computer skills, preferably basic networking knowledge
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Driver's license B
• Social, responsible, and confident in customer contact
