We are now looking for a property maintenance assistant with a focus on HVAC who wants to contribute to operation, maintenance, and service.

About the position

In the role of property maintenance assistant, you will work closely with property managers and plumbers on HVAC-related tasks. The position is suitable for those with a technical interest who want to develop within HVAC and property technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervision, operation, and basic service of HVAC systems

• Troubleshooting heating, water, and drainage systems

• Replacement of mixers, valves, and sanitary equipment

• Contact with tenants and external HVAC contractors

• Other property maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license (B) is required
• Good command of Swedish

• Service-minded with a good attitude
• Responsible and meticulous
