We are now looking for an accounting assistant for an exciting consulting assignment with our client in the defense and industrial sector in Linköping.

As an accounting assistant, you will work at the intersection of finance and IT. You will be responsible for billing and invoicing IT services, managing pricing in the budgeting system, and contributing to the development of processes and systems. The role gives you a comprehensive understanding of how the services are interconnected and an opportunity to delve into details and analysis.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Monthly billing and invoicing
• User administration
• Specification and testing of new functionality
• Training and user support for billing in TTP

To be successful in this role, you need

• Education in finance or IT, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in billing/invoicing.
• Understanding of financial monitoring of IT services
• Good experience with Excel
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Preferred: Experience with ITIL
• Preferred: Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Preferred: Experience with Mercur
