Consultant Manager at Deploja

As a Consultant Manager in the Development business area, you will combine IT/Tech, leadership, and business development – and help shape both our teams and our client deliveries.

Your Role

In the role of Consultant Manager, you will lead a team of frontend and backend developers, project managers, and IT specialists. You will be a key person in our continued growth and responsible for both employee development and our client relationships.

You will have a versatile role that includes:

• Networking & Recruitment – attract, search, interview, and match the right consultants to our clients.
• Client Relations & Sales – develop long-term client collaborations, prospect for new business, and follow up on deliveries.
• Personnel Responsibility – coach, support, and follow up with consultants to ensure both well-being and professional development.
• Relationship Building – create community and engagement through activities and initiatives at the individual, team, and company levels.

In short: you will be the spider in the web that helps people, businesses, and deliveries grow together.

Who We Are Looking For

We believe you have:

• Several years of sales experience in the IT/Tech consulting industry.
• Post-secondary education and a strong drive to develop further.
• A natural ability to create and nurture relationships – with both clients and consultants.
• Business acumen and experience in driving the entire process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Fluency in spoken and written (Swedish and English).

You are curious, engaged, and have a genuine interest in people, technology, and business. You are not just looking for a job – you want to build something long-term.
