We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant for our client, a well-known Swedish industrial company in Linköping.

Are you interested in combining finance with system-related work? Do you want to work broadly with both financial processes and IT-related tasks while contributing to the development and streamlining of the organization’s internal system management? Then this is the role for you!

As a finance assistant, you will primarily work with billing and invoicing of IT services as well as pricing in a budgeting tool. The role involves both detail-oriented analytical work and a holistic perspective on how different services are interconnected. You will be an important resource in driving processes forward while also providing support to users and participating in the further development of functionality.

Examples of tasks:

• Be responsible for ongoing billing and invoicing each month
• Manage user administration
• Participate in requirement specification and detailing of new features
• Conduct tests for new system improvements
• Conduct training and provide support related to billing

To fit and thrive in this position, you have:

• Post-secondary education in finance or IT, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with invoicing/billing
• Understanding of financial follow-up of IT services
• Good knowledge of Excel
• General IT proficiency
• Very good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is also an advantage if you have:

• Familiarity with ITIL
• Experience with agile working methods
• Knowledge of Mercur

To be considered for this position, you must have Swedish citizenship (dual citizenship may be a challenge) and you will need to undergo a background check and security clearance with a satisfactory result before starting.

This is a long-term full-time consulting assignment with employment at A-hub, where you will work as a consultant for our client. As a consultant at A-hub, we value you and your development journey in your consulting assignment.
