About the role
You are the spider in the web regarding the residents' health and medical care efforts and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operations. You will be the OAS for 21 residents and the immediate supervisor for licensed staff, 4 plus hourly employees.
Collaboration and support
You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important role for you is to coach and educate the care staff so that together you can provide each resident with the best possible life. In this, you work closely with the residence's group managers who are responsible for the care staff. Our group managers also coach and work together with the teams in daily operations.
Getting to know the residents
Understanding the residents' wishes and noticing small changes in their health and medical conditions is often crucial for accurate assessments and decisions.
