About Home Care

Humaniora Home Care is the municipal home care provider in Solna.

We operate between 07:00 and 22:00 divided into day and evening shifts. We also have operations during the night from 21:00 to 07:15. Day staff start around 07:00 and work until 16:30 at the latest. Evening staff work from 16:30 to 22:00. Night staff work from 21:00 to 07:15 and work in pairs with a colleague. You will work according to a rotating schedule with shifts every other weekend.

We have a total of six groups and have locations at Lövgatan 45 in Råsunda, Björnstigen 99 in Bergshamra, Hannebergsgatan 27B in Skytteholm, Förvaltarvägen 21 in Vasalund, Bredkilsbacken 1, and Storgatan 26 in Huvudsta.

What does the role entail?

Humaniora Home Care provides care, support, and services to our clients in their homes. This may include going for walks, cleaning, shopping, as well as assisting with cooking according to their wishes and helping with personal hygiene. Continuous written documentation is maintained. To thrive in this role, it is essential that you feel comfortable with these types of tasks. The job also involves contact with the clients' relatives. Pets may be present in our clients' homes as we work in their private spaces. We use systems such as Phoniro Care, Life Care planning, and Life Care mobile care.

We are looking for someone who

• is a care assistant with a protected professional title
• can handle a smartphone as a work tool
• is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We consider it an advantage if you have

• previous experience in elderly care, preferably in home care
• can cycle
• a B driver's license.

As a person, you have good judgment, are easy to collaborate with others, and can adapt to changing circumstances. You are meticulous and well aware of goals and quality standards. One of your strengths is your ability to listen and be receptive to the other party. You are someone who enjoys taking initiative.

The positions are permanent with start dates according to agreement. A probationary period may apply.
