We are looking for both male and female personal assistants who can step in during short-term absences and illness. The work takes place with a woman in her 30s, and we are seeking individuals who can work both morning and evening shifts, 7 days a week. Each shift lasts 4–5 hours.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

Is attentive and has an interest in music and exercise.

Is smoke-free.

Speaks and understands Swedish fluently.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with individuals with cerebral palsy and mental health issues, but this is not a requirement. Personal chemistry is of great importance and will be prioritized over previous experience.

Job Responsibilities

You will be the customer's extended arm in everyday life, where the tasks vary and include everything related to an active and independent life. The customer is in a wheelchair and needs help with both practical and social tasks at home and in daily life.

Additional Information

We are looking for hourly substitutes who can be available for quick shifts and who are flexible in their working hours.
