Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly billing and invoicing
• Work with user administration
• Specify new functionality
• Test new functionality
• Conduct training and provide user support regarding billing in TTP

Requirements for the role:

• Education in finance or IT, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in billing and invoicing
• Understanding of financial follow-up of IT services
• Good experience with Excel
• General IT knowledge
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience with ITIL
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• Experience with Mercur

Scope: 100% Period: 2025-10-01 to 2026-10-01, with the possibility of extension Work model: Partially hybrid, but mostly on-site Location: Linköping
