SydGrönt Economic Association is a producer organization for approximately 135 Swedish growers. We are Sweden's largest supplier of Swedish-produced fruits and vegetables. The group also includes Mäster Grön AB, which delivers ornamental plants. Together with our subsidiary SydLog AB, we develop, sell, and distribute a modern range of fruits, vegetables, and flowers to the entire Swedish grocery trade. Additionally, we have a climate-controlled long-term storage for vegetables. With SydLog AB's customized storage and logistics solutions and over 50 own trucks operating daily with employed drivers, we ensure that products are transported from our growers to customers, always with a focus on the environment. SydGrönt Economic Association supports the entire group in Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Product, Quality, Finance, Payroll, HR, and IT.

Conditions for success in the role
Are you a driven salesperson who enjoys working in a dynamic organization with many balls in the air? Then you might be the one we are looking for! We are now seeking a colleague for our trading department, which currently includes 17 product-responsible salespeople. You will work very closely with our producers in fruits, vegetables, and flowers.
In your role, you will work with:
- Continuous contact with our members
- Sales and order management
- Product responsibility
- Pricing responsibility
- Monitoring cost and price development
- Ensuring delivery to customers
- Statistics, follow-up, and documentation of product planning
- Improvements and optimization of work processes, systems, and routines
- Invoice and complaint handling
- Communication and follow-up with storage and logistics
We are looking for someone with good knowledge either in the food industry, preferably from the fruit & vegetable or flower industry. You have documented experience in sales work for at least 2-3 years and a sense for products from supplier to customer. Furthermore, you have good language skills and express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
The role requires a high sense of service, unpretentiousness, and assumes a business-close, flexible, quick-footed, problem-solving, and structured working method where you are expected to drive your own projects and work independently while having the ability to collaborate.
As a person, you have a professional demeanor, work purposefully and results-oriented. You are stress-resistant and flexible and thrive with many balls in the air. You are social and communicative and have an easy time collaborating.
