Imagine standing in front of a building and knowing that you have held everything together from the first customer meeting to the last delivery. That you have had the dialogue with the customer, coordinated the factory, made the purchases, and ensured that everything works, and now the result stands before you. As a project manager at Borga, you get just that: a broad role where you own the project from start to finish and where you can influence how your everyday life looks.

YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE As a project manager at Borga, you are the hub of our projects. You take over when sales hand over and are responsible for the whole, including planning, coordination, and follow-up. In practice, this means that you:

• Are the customer's primary contact person and ensure that they feel secure all the way
• Make purchases and orders, including from our engineering and assembly department
• Have close contact with our factories in Sweden and Poland where we manufacture frames and sheet metal
• Keep track of timelines, budgets, deliveries, and quality
• Are responsible for administration and documentation, including the KMA package

The work is varied; some days you are out with customers or on-site at the project, while other days you manage everything from the office. 

WHO ARE YOU? We are looking for someone with experience in project management within construction or a related field who wants to take the next step in an environment where responsibility and development go hand in hand. Perhaps you have a technical background as a construction engineer or higher, but the most important thing is that you are confident in the role of project manager and used to working with both the big picture and details.

We believe you are a person who:

• Thrives in a broad role with customer contact, technology, and administration
• Is communicative, structured, and solution-oriented
• Has experience building long-term relationships and creating trust
• Sees Swedish and English as a given in both speech and writing
• Has a B driver's license and good PC skills
