We currently have 10 employees and a turnover of approximately 30 million.

Our business has steadily grown since its inception in 2019, and we are now looking for two additional hall builders who want to join us on our journey forward. Job Responsibilities
We primarily work with the construction of grain halls, animal barns, machine halls, and industrial and service buildings for our customers in Skaraborg and the surrounding area. We also work with traditional carpentry for agriculture, such as rebuilding and renovating agricultural buildings.
In our projects, we work in teams of 2-4 people and are now looking for two key individuals to join our operations who want to help build our projects on-site with customers. We prefer that you want to become a team leader in our operations where you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for construction projects on-site and lead your team.

Profile

We are looking for two driven and hands-on individuals with good experience in construction, hall assembly, or carpentry. If you also have a vocational certificate as a carpenter and experience in reading blueprints, we consider that a merit, but most importantly for us is your willingness to grow, take responsibility, and contribute with your engagement. If you have experience in sheet metal work or other construction-related specialties, that is welcome and something we see as a strength.

We place great importance on personal qualities, valuing that you are responsible, unpretentious, and flexible, as we are a team that helps each other and sometimes needs to adapt at short notice. You are fluent in Swedish and have basic knowledge of English. A B driver's license is a requirement.

Since one of the roles is of a leading nature, we would like you to have a good ability to lead a team and take responsibility for construction projects. Do you have experience in leading, coordinating, or driving construction projects? Perhaps you have even run your own business or have an entrepreneurial spirit? Then that is a significant plus.
