About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment initially lasting for 6 months, with good opportunities for extension. The assignment is a maternity leave cover expected to last for at least 12 months, and there may be a possibility for further extension thereafter. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at SKT.
The assignment period will serve as a mutual trial period where you, as a consultant, have the same security as an employee. A consulting assignment is a great way to test different roles, make contacts, and build a competitive CV.

Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik (SKT) is a leader in the Nordic region for pressure sewer systems – a solution often used in areas where traditional sewer systems do not work. They design, build, deliver, and service complete systems for municipalities, associations, and property owners throughout Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
With in-house developed solutions and over 50 years of experience, SKT continues to be pioneers in their niche – and demand is increasing. The workplace is located in Täby, where both warehouse and office are gathered. Job responsibilities
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will have a central role with many points of contact – both internally and externally. You will be the spider in the web for customer orders and the daily administrative flow. The role combines service, accuracy, and problem-solving, and is suitable for you who enjoy working in a structured manner but are also flexible when needed.
Examples of job responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls from customers, suppliers, and partners
- Register orders and follow up on deliveries
- Coordinate logistics and freight bookings with our third-party warehouse
- Invoicing and handling of administrative documents
- Support internal teams (sales, warehouse, finance, management) with various matters
- Keep the inbox organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Education, experience, and personal qualities
- High school education with a complete diploma
- Previous experience in administrative work, preferably in customer service, logistics, or order management
- Good system skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Meritorious: Experience with the business system Monitor, or similar ERP systems
- Meritorious: Experience in invoicing or order flows within technical or industrial operations
