About Apoteket Solen

Here at Apoteket Solen, we are centrally located in Solna Centrum, a large shopping mall with good communications. We have many regular customers and a steady flow of clients. With us, you step into a welcoming pharmacy with a fantastic team of colleagues. Those of us who work here have extensive experience in pharmacy, and we are happy to share our knowledge with each other. Whether you have extensive experience or come straight from school, we look forward to learning from you. For us, it is important to develop and grow together.

We now need to strengthen our team of 5 pharmacists and 3 technicians with an additional pharmacist. Apoteket Solen is part of a pharmacy group with two other pharmacies: Apoteket Sturegatan and Apoteket Ulven. There is an opportunity to work at all three pharmacies.

The working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours: Weekdays 09-19, Saturdays 10-17, Sundays 11-17.

Your role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel secure with us.

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.

• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You have a couple of years of experience from a pharmacy.
• You have experience working with prescription dispensing.
• You have a particular interest in self-care, digital counseling, quality, or mentoring.
• You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see each customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
