ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated Spa Front Office Supervisor who wants to take responsibility for the operation of our reception together with the Front Office Manager. Within the Spa Front Office, we strive to deliver tailored five-star service and create memorable experiences for all our guests. As a Supervisor, you will be a key person who, by coaching and developing the staff, ensures that we meet and hopefully exceed our goals of complete guest satisfaction every day. Your role includes everything from warmly welcoming our guests and members to daily problem-solving and guiding receptionists and spa hosts. Administration, scheduling, and, when necessary, conflict management are also important parts of your responsibilities. Determination and good organizational skills are therefore crucial for successfully leading the team and handling any challenges.

Working hours are scheduled for all days of the week, including evenings and weekends, according to a rotating schedule.

Further responsibilities include:

• Daily operational work in the Reception with check-in and check-out of guests
• Support the daily operations at the reception in the absence of the Front Office Manager.

• Ensure that our service and quality standards are adhered to.

• Actively participate in monthly and hotel meetings, and attend other relevant meetings as needed.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for a driven employee with a passion for guest service and world-class hospitality. Attention to detail, flexibility, and a burning enthusiasm for guest service are essential to thrive in this role. Furthermore, we see that you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in the hotel industry, experience in a similar role within reception is a plus

• Accustomed to working in a structured manner with an eye for detail

• High commitment to customer service and the ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• As a person, you are outgoing, communicative, and cheerful, working well both in a team and independently.

• Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
