Rasta Bromölla is a facility that is part of the well-known Rasta chain with 30 meeting places across Sweden where we operate restaurant, shop & hotel services. Here at Rasta Bromölla  we have a restaurant focused on traditional Swedish cuisine, a hotel, and a well-stocked traffic shop operating under the OKQ8 brand.

We are looking for a stress-resistant and dedicated chef who can help make our operations at Rasta a success. Together with the rest of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our visitors receive a tasty and memorable experience through quality meals and excellent service.

• Plan and prepare meals with high quality and precision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment for efficient and safe cooking.
• You prepare and cook high-quality meals.
• Work together with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient lunch/dinner service.

• Experience from a professional kitchen – Previous work as a chef, preferably within Swedish traditional cuisine.
• Stress-resistant and efficient – Used to handling a fast pace and working under pressure.
• Knowledge of food handling and hygiene – Good understanding of safe cooking and HACCP routines.
• Self-sufficient and responsible – Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your area of work.
• Good knowledge of kitchen economics – Understanding of raw material costs, waste management, and efficient kitchen operations.
