Job Responsibilities – Nurse with a focus on bones in primary care and digital meetings

In the role of a nurse with special responsibility for wounds, leg ulcers, and bone-related care, you will have a varied job that includes both physical consultations and digital advice. In addition to regular nursing tasks, the role entails that you:

• Assess and perform treatments for leg ulcers and other bone-related diagnoses
• Plan and follow up on individual care interventions
• Provide patient-centered advice via phone and digital channels
• Perform wound care, dressings, and other specific interventions according to the needs of the organization
• Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other team members
• Actively participate in quality work, team meetings, and organizational development
• Contribute your specialist knowledge in the field to colleagues and the organization

Qualifications and Attributes – Nurse for bone-related care

• Licensed nurse
• Experience with asthma/COPD and/or diabetes is an advantage.
• Experience in the care and treatment of leg ulcers and bone-related diagnoses is a plus
• Confident in the nursing role and accustomed to working both independently and in a team
• Flexible and interested in both physical and digital patient work
• Clear patient focus with the ability to create safety in meetings
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Comfortable with IT and digital healthcare systems
