Your Role

As a Global Process Lead, you will be the hub in the work of further developing and supporting the global planning solution. The role involves:

• Driving continuous improvement together with internal and external stakeholders.

• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in implementation projects and contributing expertise and insights.

• Developing tactical planning roadmaps and recommending innovative solutions.

• Guiding super users, contributing to competency development, and creating training materials.

• Ensuring quality and delivery by solving problems, supporting users in their daily tasks, and managing upgrades.

Who are you?

We believe you have:

• A university degree in supply chain management or equivalent.

• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management or supply chain planning.

• Experience with ERP and planning systems (preferably SAP, Logility, or APO).

• Strong knowledge of Power BI and an analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Fluent English is a requirement, and proficiency in Swedish is a significant plus.

You are service-minded, structured, and analytical, with the ability to drive improvements and deliver results on time.
