Job Description

To be suitable for the assignment, the consultant must have very good administrative skills as well as an understanding of technical installations (UPS, backup power, and cooling systems) and facilities for 24/7 critical work environments. The tasks will be both practical and administrative.

Responsibilities

• Operationally responsible for your sub-project's schedule, budget, and results
• Lead the sub-project Technical Facilities
• Plan and lead the work with logistics and moves of technical facilities and surrounding functions with parallel operational functions 24/7.
• Document decisions made and actions for deliveries and outcomes.
• Prioritize and make decisions, as well as lead the work towards planned orders, deliveries, and installations
• Responsible for reviewing project documentation, sketches, and drawings that affect Technical Facilities and surrounding functions, as well as providing feedback with any comments to the project's design team for technical facilities.
• Plan, follow up, and report project progress to the Technical Coordination Project Manager
• Plan, follow up, and collaborate with the IT/NETWORK sub-project manager
• Participate in weekly project group meetings and in these meetings be responsible for reporting the status of your sub-project
• Collaboration and dialogue with the business and requirement setters to identify needs and requirements and provide feedback on decisions and progress in the project.
• Ensure that the requirements from Svenska kraftnät's requirement setters and experts are followed and met
• Coordinate business requirements with other technical principles and with the sub-project Design and Physical Security.
• Manage risks in the project according to Svenska kraftnät's routines
• Preparation of procurement documentation according to LOU, LUF, and LUFS.
• Assist the procurement unit with knowledge and evaluation of bids.
• Request, procure, and ensure resource needs for implementation within the sub-project Technical Facilities.
• Participate in final inspections for technical facilities and surrounding functions.
• Responsible for compiling the final report for the Technical Facilities sub-project
• Responsible for handover to operations/line for the Technical Facilities function

REQUIREMENTS

1. At least a high school diploma with a technical focus.

2. At least 10 years of acquired and documented knowledge of project management in relocation and logistics, construction and/or technical operations. (not IT project management)

3. At least 6 years of work experience in complex technical environments and sensitive operations conducted 24/7

4. At least 5 years of experience with complex technical system solutions

MERIT

1. CCNA certification

2. Experience in producing at least 1 project related to Technical Facilities - preparation of procurement documentation according to LOU or LUF or LUFS.
