About the assignment As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will work with business and project-related purchasing issues related to the customer's aviation products, primarily Gripen and T-7A Trainer. You will be responsible for long-term relationships with selected strategic suppliers and drive the purchasing process in both new and existing projects.

The role also involves acting as a project leader for the sourcing team within larger development projects and contributing to continuous improvements in working methods and processes. You are expected to build a strong network – both internally and externally – and be a key person in securing deliveries with the right quality, cost, and timeline.

Requirements - Several years of experience (at least 8 years) in strategic purchasing and business development within technically complex operations - Relevant academic degree, such as MBA, engineering, law (LL.M.), or equivalent - Documented ability to lead purchasing work in large development projects - Strong business acumen and experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships - Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Good collaboration skills and a drive to contribute to continuous improvement
