About Your Role 

As the Deputy Store Manager at Åhléns Outlet, you will coach and work alongside the store's employees. You are responsible for developing the store's work methodology to deliver a well-stocked and inspiring store every day of the week. The role includes coaching the store's salespeople to become their best selves in accordance with Åhléns Outlet's strategy, policies, and processes, enabling them to exceed our customers' expectations.

Examples of Responsibilities:

  • Actively work with customer contact and sales to deliver a customer experience that aligns with Åhléns Outlet's customer promise
  • Work on product replenishment
  • Ensure an inspiring and sales-oriented store environment together with the Store Manager that creates the best customer experience
  • Contribute to a good and functional work environment
  • Actively participate in, evaluate, interpret, and communicate relevant information within the store to employees

What You Bring:

  • Work experience in sales and service
  • Experience in a leadership position within retail
  • A strong interest in fashion, beauty, and home decor
  • A plus if you have experience in merchandising and enjoy social media

About the Recruitment

The position is a permanent employment of 30 hours/week. You will work according to a schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Working hours may vary between 08:00 and 19:00. We hope you can start with us as soon as possible.
