About Region Stockholm Mitt

As a mobile pharmacist, you will work broadly across different pharmacies within the Stockholm Mitt region. The pharmacies you will work at vary in both size and location. This creates a variation in how your workday looks. Here, you will experience a daily routine with close collaboration among colleagues, varied tasks, and the opportunity to contribute value where it is needed. The working hours for this position fall within the local pharmacies' opening hours and may vary depending on the pharmacy.

The role means that you step in where the need is greatest – which makes every day different. You will get to know new colleagues, different working methods, and gain valuable experience from several pharmacies. To thrive, you need to enjoy variety and quickly adapt to the routines at the pharmacies you visit. No matter where you are, you meet customers with care, engagement, and a genuine focus on providing them with a really good experience – every time.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding for people's different needs.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so our customers can feel secure with us.

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.

• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications. You also need to appreciate the variation of working at different pharmacies with the ability to quickly adapt to routines and working methods.

• You have several years of experience from pharmacies.
• You have experience working with prescription dispensing, inventory management, and self-care.
• You have a warm and professional approach where you see each customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team of the day.
