About Villa Täby Park

Villa Täby Park is a modern residence for 80 elderly people where each department has a shared kitchen, large outdoor area, and balconies. We have a beautiful and lively garden.

•  In the autumn of 2025, we will become a dementia-certified residence, which means that all of us who work here will be trained in dementia and care through Vardaga's Dementia Academy.
•  We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14-18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enhance the lives of our residents.
•  You will have a team leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operations. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a care assistant.
•  Here we work with animals in care and regularly have visits from therapy dogs.
•  We are constantly working to come up with new, exciting activities for our residents. For example, we have introduced VR technology that allows for experiencing different travels, adventures, or games through VR glasses. As a care assistant, you are incredibly important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their way of living and their habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a trained care assistant and have worked for a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are also advantageous. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
