About Apoteket Viggen

The pharmacy is located on Herserudsvägen, with a perfect location near Ropsten station, making it easy to get here by subway and bus. In the surrounding area, there are several shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it convenient to combine the workday with errands or a nice lunch. The location offers both accessibility and a pleasant environment.

Your main employment will be at Apoteket Viggen, but we are a pharmacy group that also operates Apoteket Vita Björn in Sturegallerian and Apoteket Odengatan. Therefore, the position involves varied work between our three pharmacies, providing both variety and the opportunity to develop in different work environments. The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09.00-19.00, Saturdays 10.00-15.00, Sundays closed.

Your role

Our pharmacy technicians always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle self-care advice and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction. As a pharmacy technician, you will also assist our pharmacists with prescription medications. In your role as a pharmacy technician, you will have a varied and developing role where you are an important part of providing our customers with the best service and advice. You will, among other things:

• Provide professional advice on medications, self-care, and health.
• Help customers find the right products based on their needs.
• Contribute to maintaining a high level of service and quality at the pharmacy.
• Work together with colleagues to create a welcoming and efficient customer flow.
• Be responsible for certain areas of work at the pharmacy, such as the self-care shelf, orders, or campaigns.

• Assist pharmacists with prescription medications.
• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.

• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.

For this position, you need to be a trained pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and self-care.

• You have training as a pharmacy technician with prescription authority.
• You have a particular interest in self-care.
