Who are you? We are looking for an experienced requirements analyst with solid knowledge in the field and an ability to contribute insights in an open and attentive manner. A minimum of five years of work experience is required, and we prefer that you have more than nine years in the industry. You have relevant education in, for example, system science or computer science, or extensive work experience that has provided equivalent competence.

The role involves responsibility for collecting and documenting requirements from various stakeholders to clarify the project's needs and goals. The work includes managing and structuring requirements using established tools such as UML and Jira, as well as ensuring that the specifications are well-organized and easily accessible. Your skills will play a central role in various projects, where you work closely with both technical teams and the business to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Working closely with the development team and transforming requirements into functioning solutions is an important part of the assignment. Your role will also include tracking the project's progress through traceability analyses and ensuring that the deliveries meet the established requirements. Experience in the public sector, mainframe systems, and/or financial systems is an advantage.

To succeed in the role, fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing is required. Since the assignments are located in Örebro, we prefer that you live nearby.
