As a nursing assistant in home care, you will play a central role in our customers' lives, and your tasks will vary depending on each individual's needs. Here are examples of what you can expect to work with:

• Personal care: Assist with personal hygiene as well as dressing and undressing.
• Social support and conversation: Provide companionship, create security, and give customers the feeling of not being alone.
• Supervision and assistance as needed: Be a support in managing various situations, for example during transfers.
• Practical tasks: Assist with shopping, meals, and other tasks that can facilitate the customer's daily life.
• Documentation: Carefully document the support and care you provide, in accordance with assistance decisions and implementation plans.

To fit in with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

• Nursing assistant education – you are trained and experienced in your field.
• Fluent in Swedish – you master Swedish both in speech and writing and have the ability to document in a professional manner.
• Driving license B – you are an experienced driver and can navigate well in traffic to visit our customers in their homes.
• Stress-resistant and responsible – you handle pressured situations with calmness and determination.
• Independent – you enjoy working independently but are also a team player when needed.
• Empathetic and attentive – you have a genuine desire to help and understand that each customer has their own needs and wishes.
• Communicative – you find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both customers and colleagues.
• Flexible and solution-oriented – you are used to working in an environment where no day is the same and have the ability to adapt to customers' needs.
• Thorough and responsible – you have a high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work and results.

Working days: Monday – Friday.

Working hours: 07:15 - 15:30.

Workplace: You will start from our office in Täby Kyrkby and the work will take place within Vallentuna municipality, and we believe that you live nearby to facilitate your commute.

Flexibility: We offer fixed schedules with different working degrees and the possibility for variation.

Aleo Care is a family-owned company founded in 2017 that operates in Täby, Vallentuna, Österåker, and Vaxholm. Currently, we operate in the areas of home care, housing support, and home service.
