DESCRIPTION OF THE ORGANIZATION

Byle Gård is a specialized palliative care unit located on the outskirts of Täby Kyrkby. The unit has 18 beds for palliative inpatient care. We primarily care for patients with advanced cancer but also other diagnosis groups at the end of life. We work in teams consisting of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and social workers. We provide quality care, for example, we have our own chef who prepares meals for our patients. With us, nothing is impossible!

With us, you will join an experienced and competent team with extensive experience in palliative care. We believe that teamwork and collaboration are important. The unit strives to be at the forefront of specialized palliative care. Several of your future colleagues are specialists in palliative care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We work according to the values of palliative care. Proximity, wholeness, knowledge, and empathy, where the patient's physical, psychological, existential, and social needs are at the center. With us, you will work in a team with varying tasks based on the patients' different needs. You should enjoy working closely with patients and be flexible in your professional role.

With us, you will work as a nurse in a palliative unit for end-of-life care with cheerful, competent colleagues who have a great interest in palliative care.

QUALIFICATIONS

Nursing education, preferably with some years of experience in medical or palliative care.

WORKING HOURS/DURATION

Permanent employment. Working hours 75% - 80%, can be discussed. A probationary period applies.

SALARY

Monthly salary, collective agreement exists

START DATE

2025-10-01, start date can be discussed. Employment may occur continuously during the application period.

LAST APPLICATION DATE
