Balders Båge is a cozy and pleasant dementia and care home with 54 apartments spread over three floors. Balders Båge is located close to nature on the outskirts of Norrtälje, and we run the residence based on the concept of Outdoor Activities & Garden. We are looking for someone who is driven by working with people and making a real difference for our customers every day. You have the ability to empower and support customers in all aspects of daily life.

As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with the customers and their relatives. You find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace.

Job Description

We are looking for a night position at 71.10% in the dementia department.

We have new customers who need care and are now expanding our friendly team with more nursing assistants. It is advantageous if you have experience in elderly care and delegation.

We are looking for you with nursing assistant education and experience in care work.

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer experience
• Extract from the criminal record.

You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about caring for the elderly and can see individual needs. Having a leadership role is stimulating, and you enjoy mentoring your colleagues in health and medical issues.
