About the "client company" DFDS Professionals is now looking for truck drivers for part-time work at the sister company DFDS Logistics Services AB, a transport company within the automotive industry located in Arendal. The company operates around the clock, six days a week, and employs approximately 250 full-time staff. The vehicle fleet includes about 300 vehicles, of which 80 are trucks and 220 are trailers.

To be eligible for the position, you need to be studying or have another main occupation at 100%. 

About the position As a truck driver at DFDS Professionals, you will drive transports for the client. Your main tasks will involve loading, transporting, and unloading goods in various flows, both long and short routes. The work is performed in Gothenburg and is scheduled in shifts throughout the day.

About you To fit into the role of truck driver at DFDS Professionals, you are primarily confident behind the wheel and have a safe and responsible attitude when driving the vehicle. Since you meet customers daily in your work, we also believe that you are service-oriented, accustomed to customer interaction, and enjoy that aspect of your workday. You have the ability to work independently and are meticulous, while also needing to collaborate with other drivers and work efficiently to stay within specified time frames.

The employment is a framework agreement position with the staffing company DFDS Professionals with assignments at DFDS Logistics Services. To be the right person for us, you also need to be flexible regarding working hours, tasks, and sometimes this may also involve assignments with other clients. 

Requirements for the position

• CE driving license
• Digital tachograph card
• Valid YKB
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Work experience from similar assignments is an advantage
• Valid ADR certificate is an advantage

A requirement for the position is that you need to be studying or have another main occupation at 100%. It would be desirable if you have at least one year left of your studies.

Mobile consultant:

You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work out at our clients. Being a mobile consultant means that you are employed by us at DFDS Professionals to perform work at client companies, and your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and hiring may occur before the application deadline.

We of course have a collective agreement. We care about your health and offer, among other things, wellness grants, discounts on gym memberships, etc. To ensure your safety, you are also covered by insurance and occupational health care.
