About the role – Work as a surface treatment specialist

In the role of surface treatment specialist, you will be part of a team where spray painting and other surface treatment methods are the focus. Your main responsibility is to provide the products with an optimal surface of high quality. The work includes both pre- and post-processing such as sanding, masking, and surface inspection. You work in a structured manner, follow safety regulations, and contribute to a safe and pleasant working environment.

Typical tasks for surface treatment specialists and spray painters

• Spray painting of components according to instructions and predetermined specifications
• Pre- and post-treatment of surfaces, including sanding, filling, and masking
• Quality control of finished products with a focus on details and finish
• Preparation and mixing of paint as well as maintenance of equipment
• Collaboration with others in the production team to achieve delivery goals
• Work according to workplace safety and security regulations for surface treatment and painting

Requirements and qualifications – Surface treatment specialist

• Experience in spray painting or similar surface treatment work
• Good experience working with various surface treatment methods and materials
• Ability to read and follow instructions or drawings
• Quality-conscious and organized
• Driver's license B
• You speak and write Swedish

Meritorious: Experience in industrial painting, knowledge of paint types, painting equipment, and LEAN work.
