Job description
As a Production Operator at Gapwaves, you will play a hands-on role in our production, assembling and handling antennas that support cutting-edge technology. Your responsibilities will include:
Receiving and managing incoming materials and components.
Feeding materials into machines and monitoring the process.
Assembling and constructing antennas with precision.
Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
Preparing and dispatching finished products.
Collaborating with production engineers and colleagues to continuously improve workflow.
Practical information
This is a part-time position designed to fit alongside your studies, with scheduled working hours:
Monday to Thursday, 16:30–20:30.
Saturday and Sunday, 09:00-17:30.
Schedules are planned in advance to ensure stability and to make it easy for you to plan around your studies. You are expected to be available for a minimum of 2 shifts per week.
Your Profile
We believe this role suits someone who:
Is currently studying and wants a job that complements their education.
Has a genuine interest in technology, electronics, or production.
Is detail-oriented and enjoys both independent work and teamwork.
May have prior experience in production (a plus, but not required).
Is eager to learn and develop within the field of technology – internal training is provided.
Has good English communication skills, both spoken and written, as English is our corporate language.
